How Thermilate Works
How to use Thermilate
Thermilate is extemely easy to use, its simply a matter of stirring it into your paint.
Step 1 Empty contents of paint into a bucket.
Step 2 Empty contents of Thermilate into the same bucket.
Step 3 Mix together well, and apply to walls/ceilings/surfaces as you normally would.
NB; If you feel that the paint has got slightly thicker once the Thermilate has been added, a little water can be added, to reduce thickness, if the paint is water-based.
For maximum benefit we advise you to use 2 coats of paint with Thermilate mixed into it, as this will create a very effective thermal barrier.
Thermilate, can create a slightly textured feel, and can very slightly lighten darker coloured paints. In this situation, if you want a perfect flat finish and perfect colour, simply apply 2 coats of undercoat containing Thermilate, and then a final coat of your paint without Thermilate mixed in.
This will give you a flat finish, and the perfect colour you want.
